I picked up two nonstick cake pans and used one to bake a cake. Since it's supposed to be nonstick, I didn't use parchment paper, which turned out to be a big mistake. I had to carefully cut around the edges and try to pop it out, but a chunk stayed stuck on the bottom. So I wasted money on two pans, all the ingredients, and my time. I trusted the Circulon name so much that I tossed the original packaging without reading it and washed both pans. I can't return them now.

The customer service has been absolutely terrible. I let them know one of their ten year guarantee pans stopped being nonstick. I gave them details and photos like they asked. They honored the guarantee and told me to pick a replacement. I selected one and told them. Four weeks later still no pan. Every email I send gets completely ignored. Would I recommend Circulon? Not a chance. You're paying top dollar for their name and they don't even follow through on their promises and guarantees.

Watch out for Samsung's Free Cookware Deal - It took three months to show up! I bought a Samsung oven that needed specific cookware, and Samsung had a promotion for a free Circulon set. What a hassle. After sending in my details, I just waited. Three months went by before the cookware finally arrived. Since my oven needed compatible pans right away, I had to drop three hundred bucks on my own set just to use the appliance. When I tried getting answers from Samsung or Circulon about timing, I got nowhere. The cookware itself is decent quality, but the massive delay and poor communication really soured the whole thing. Don't count on getting that promotional cookware quickly.

The warranty is useless. They just don't respond to you.

These pans are fantastic. I've had mine for a decade and they're still working great. Plus, their customer service is top notch. Definitely a company you can trust.

Not sure about the cookware yet but the ordering process is sketchy. Here's what happened: Circulon set up an account with their Shop team without my permission. I got a confirmation for something called Shop Pay that I never signed up for. They snuck that into the checkout page and now I'm upset because I used to think they were quality. Remove this account right now since I never agreed to join anything. I was just trying to pay for my order on their site. They basically took my info without consent to set up this account. You won't see me shopping there again.

The pans themselves are good and hold up better than many others. But that lifetime warranty? It's basically a marketing gimmick. Just accept that you're getting a year out of these and the warranty is pretty much worthless.

I tried submitting a warranty claim but never heard back. Followed up a few weeks later with still no response. That's the last time I'm buying from this company.

Awful customer service here. They advertise a lifetime warranty but that's misleading. When the item you need to swap out gets discontinued, they just send you whatever. I asked to exchange a sauce pan and lid but got a fry pan with no lid instead.

Back in November I ordered cookware from them as a gift. I got part of my order but a two piece fry pan set never showed up. I kept trying to reach their customer service with no luck. I'd bought their stuff before and was happy, but ordering straight from their site was a nightmare. Still no pan set, still no refund, and no real help. I even tried contacting their parent company. Skip this brand entirely.
