What Shoppers Say About CORKCICLE
Shoppers report serious quality control issues with CORKCICLE products, particularly with lids developing mold growth on porous plastic, sealants and coatings peeling away, and colors not matching website photos. Multiple reviewers experienced durability problems within normal use, with some products deteriorating after brief periods. Customer service emerges as a major complaint, with shoppers describing unhelpful responses to damaged shipments, missing orders, and wrong items, along with frustration over return handling fees and lack of assistance when shipping protection was not purchased.
A small segment of shoppers report satisfaction with their purchases, though they represent a minority of reviews. The dominant pattern across feedback is disappointment with both product longevity and the company's willingness to resolve customer issues, leading reviewers to state they will not return to the brand.

Sorted by: Most recentThe cup color looked nothing like the website photos. I started the return process but they charge a handling fee for it. I'm done with this company and won't order from them again.
Disappointed with the quality. At first I really liked the mug with the handle and used it daily for coffee and tea. Then I noticed the clear sealant and lid started getting stains that wouldn't come off no matter how hard I scrubbed - pretty gross. Later the outer coating started peeling away. I didn't want to risk consuming that material so I tossed it. I thought about replacing it but since these problems keep showing up in other reviews and nothing's been fixed, I've decided to skip it.
Skip these cups entirely. The lids are made from a cheap porous plastic that absorbs soap residue and is basically a breeding ground for mold. I have two cups that only ever held water and both lids are now ruined with mold growth that won't clean out no matter how many times I try.
Never got my order and they wouldn't help. I ordered both a mug and a sports canteen for 89 dollars total and neither one arrived. When I contacted customer service, they basically said too bad because I didn't purchase their shipping protection add-on and claimed there was nothing they could do. Losing a customer and getting negative feedback seems like a bad trade-off compared to doing the right thing here. I will absolutely never buy from them again.
Not worth the price given how it holds up and how bad customer service is. I tested out their product and they had the chance to make it right by exchanging it, but they chose not to. Really disappointed.
Ordered a specific design for my daughter's birthday and got sent completely wrong one. It arrived too late to exchange it before her birthday. Their response was basically that they ran out of stock and told me to send it back. The birthday moment was already ruined.
Used to be amazing but not anymore. I'm a longtime Corkcicle fan with quite a collection - own about five ranging from 24 to 40 ounces. Just got the 40 oz cruiser in Belle, Ariel, and Cinderella patterns. The Belle version has a serious problem though - no matter which way I start screwing the lid on, it always ends up twisted so the opening faces the handle or directly opposite instead of lining up with the sides where you'd naturally drink. Ariel and Cinderella work perfectly fine. When I reached out, they basically said this was normal and their cups do it too, so they wouldn't help. On top of that, the Belle cup developed two small chips on the bottom despite only hand washing and never being dropped. Given how much I spend on these and how well I treat them, the quality decline is disappointing. I asked about the chips and they wanted to know the size and if it fell. I said 40 oz and no. They responded that cups don't chip unless there's a hard impact, so they won't cover it.
Charged me but never shipped my item. Placed my order on May 1st and it still hadn't left the warehouse by May 15th. I contacted them and they provided incorrect tracking information claiming it was already delivered. When I checked their site, my order clearly showed as not yet shipped. They're refusing to assist because I opted out of their extra delivery protection fee on top of the shipping I already paid for. It's unbelievable that they won't investigate since the item never shipped in the first place. I've had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because this feels like fraud.
Complete rip-off. When I entered my payment details, the system automatically switched to an old address I had on file. I emailed them right away but their policy doesn't allow address changes. Since my apartment complex has a central package room, the order won't be returned to sender, so I'm out the money with no product. This feels like a scam to me.
