Grabbed a backpack based on a coworker's recommendation. Happy it arrived since it does have fun colors even if the main color is dark green, which is fine. It's really well organized for traveling. It's basically a clamshell design made specifically for packing for trips. Don't expect it to work like a regular work backpack, though it does have a laptop compartment. Lightweight and you can still squeeze extra things in like a normal pack, plus it has exterior pockets for stuff you need easy access to while on the go. Really pleased with it overall. One thing that would improve it would be wheels, but they do sell a hybrid version if you want that. It's a solid piece of luggage.

They portray themselves as operating ethically but charge three pounds as a handling fee for returns, which goes against regulations. It's foolish because I won't shop there anymore. That means they lose a loyal customer over three pounds. Doesn't really add up.

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to shop.

I looked up their customer service number to ask how to fix it, but they don't have one. I'm really frustrated with companies that force you to email every time instead of just calling, especially when it's probably just because they don't want to hire actual people. The jacket itself is genuinely fantastic, but at that price you'd expect them to have real customer support. I went from being totally excited about the brand to being annoyed and let down. The product quality really is excellent, so there's that. But honestly, wait until they get actual customer service in place before buying.

Stay away from this company. It's a complete scam. I spent over two hundred pounds as someone buying online for the first time. Little did I understand that they sell poor quality products and their return policy is basically nonexistent if you're unhappy. I wore items one time and couldn't use them again. Their website pictures are all fancy and polished but the real products look nothing like that. They want your cash without taking any responsibility. These UK based sellers are basically stealing from us by selling these low grade items. The stuff is manufactured in India and Bangladesh where labor is cheap and quality doesn't matter. I should have done my homework first. I returned three items that all failed. The windbreaker was the worst, my spouse and I put it on once and literally couldn't breathe because it's just plastic. Within five minutes of walking around, you're completely sweaty. It's the most uncomfortable thing I've ever worn. My husband couldn't believe it either. One wear and we were done. Please just avoid this if you care about feeling good. The Do Good Hoody disintegrated after a single washing. The drawstring edges got messed up and never recovered.
