I had a really frustrating situation with GREATS Brand and want to talk about it. The biggest problem is that their customer support just ignores you. I've reached out about my order multiple times and gotten zero responses back. It's awful to be treated like that as someone paying for their product. On top of that, my order took forever to actually ship out. After I finally got a tracking number, the status hasn't changed in three days and nothing's been scanned. My package might be lost or stuck somewhere. They used USPS which is notorious for slow delivery and packages that go missing. It seems crazy to ship an expensive order through a service with that kind of track record. No matter how many times I've tried to get help, they won't answer. The whole thing has been really disappointing and stressful.
Bought some sneakers on 9/10/24 and paid the full price including rush shipping. Nobody told me they were out of stock. Then I get an email saying they're available to buy online yet I still haven't gotten mine. After tons of back and forth emails asking for a refund, I'm now at the end of October with no shoes and no money back. Watch out.
Got told my shoes would arrive by June 5th but they didn't. When I called to check on them, customer service blamed it on being popular and said they were out of stock. They took my payment right away though. They promised shipment by month's end, but when I followed up on the 26th without getting any updates, they said processing wouldn't even start until the 30th and couldn't guarantee anything. Seems like a sketchy way to run a business. Heads up to shoppers.
Your refund won't get processed. I tried returning items for a replacement and the order hit the warehouse on May 22nd but I'm still waiting on the refund. Be smart about this if you're thinking of ordering.
The white leather sneakers look nice enough. The catch is they've got this plastic-type lining inside that doesn't absorb moisture at all.
