I like their aprons and own a few, so I ordered their pot holders to qualify for free shipping. They looked decent until I actually used them. The tip touched a heating element on my stove and caught fire. I had to blow it out. Plus they're super thick at the ends, making it nearly impossible to grab pans or dishes. I sent them photos and feedback but they didn't care at all. They responded that their stuff is heat resistant, not fireproof. That's not acceptable when something goes up in flames like that. They also wouldn't display my review on their site. I can't recommend these.
The apron itself looks like quality material, but I paid an extra $20 for embroidery and that's where it went downhill. The customization tool wouldn't let me center my design properly. When it arrived, the embroidery was totally off to one side and looks awful. I reached out and they told me their FAQ mentions that all embroidery sits off to the right. Apparently they can't center embroidery in the middle correctly. Their response was basically sorry you don't like it. That's ridiculous. Who reads the FAQ when buying an apron? I expected professional work. Terrible customer service and terrible quality for a $140 purchase. The whole thing was supposed to be a gift but I'm too embarrassed to give it. What a waste.
Couldn't set up an account because I kept getting errors. This site is a total scam. I had something in my cart right at noon and then the site locked up, naturally meaning it sold out. Scam! Never heard of them before and definitely won't be ordering from them.
Never received my items. The tracking info they sent was bogus. Three weeks later when I checked in, they emailed a fake delivery confirmation backdated to shortly after my order. Then they tried to make me doubt what actually happened. PayPal wouldn't help because the company had their phony documentation. While some customers do get their products, it seems like they intentionally skip fulfilling some orders, banking on people either not noticing or not bothering to dispute it. Steer clear to avoid being one of the ones that gets burned.
