Their online shopping experience is awful. Been waiting a month for my purchase to come through with no real idea when or if it'll actually arrive. Meanwhile they slashed prices on stuff I already bought but won't adjust what I paid. And I still don't even have the items! Seems weird they don't have online reviews showing anywhere.
Stay away from buying straight from their website! They push optional coverage on items for extra cash when the loss is already factored into how much they're charging. And get this, it's per item not per order so if you don't buy it on everything, you're out of luck. On top of that they use a shipping company and you cover those fees too. If your package doesn't show and you didn't pay for their coverage, they tell you to call the shipper yourself. Good luck fighting that battle!
Would give zero stars if I could. This was seriously the worst shopping experience I've had online. Placed my order almost four weeks ago and still nothing has shown up. Customer service responses were pretty rough too. Just find somewhere else to shop.
Their customer service is really bad. I got a new jacket but there was a used mask stuffed in the pocket, which was gross. When I complained they made me pay to ship it back. Don't bother with this brand or their shipping partner.
Don't spend money with these people! Bought a sweatshirt to give as a gift and it never came. Tracked it and saw it took forever to reach my area, then got handed off to the delivery service. Called the delivery company repeatedly but they couldn't find it anywhere. Then I heard it got sent back. They confirmed getting it back but completely ignored every message I sent asking them to either reship it or refund my money. Total silence. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate. Get Hurley stuff from actual retail stores instead of dealing with them.
Basically sums it up in one word - terrible. Got a two-piece swimsuit and they only shipped the bottoms. Then they said the top was out of stock and canceled that part of the order. When I tried to send back the bottoms since I didn't want them alone, they hit me with a $10 return fee. So I'm out the money for a complete swimsuit plus ten bucks. I'm really frustrated with how many companies operate without any real honesty, proper communication, or actual customer support. Skip this place.
