A few years back Naturalizer had fantastic shoes. I'm pretty sure they got sold to somebody else. Today their selection looks identical to every other shoe brand out there, and they're nowhere near as comfortable anymore. Really disappointing.

I ordered some shoes, paid for them, and they never showed up. After I complained, Naturalizer wrote back saying the item was out of stock. Then I had to wait around for them to send my money back. They're quick to grab your cash but incredibly slow about giving refunds. This company used to provide amazing service when I shopped there years ago, but now they've gone downhill.

I'm really let down by what's happened with Naturalizer. Years ago, they were literally the only brand I'd wear for boots and shoes, and I'd grab purses from them too. After I relocated, online ordering became my only option, but every single time I've bought footwear from them, it's come back. The people helping customers just read off the handbook and aren't actually solving anything. Getting my money back has taken months. I'm done with their stuff. I would've rated this zero if the system allowed it. Naturalizer's lost my business for good.

For a long time, Naturalizer gave me fantastic service and excellent shoe quality. But the last couple of months have been a nightmare. I can't even log into their website to finish buying anything. Plus, I dropped off some shoes for a return about a month back and got nothing back from them, zero delivery confirmation, zero tracking number, and zero refund on my card. Reaching out for help is impossible since their support page just loops you through ten pointless FAQs that have nothing to do with your actual issue. If I don't get a response from Naturalizer very soon, I'm going to have to leave a detailed negative review everywhere else too.

I phoned their support team and asked if I could send them a photo so I could get my cash back. It took them three full weeks just to say no.
