But then I got an email saying to contact the company president with complaints, except the email address doesn't even work. This whole operation is a mess.
Bought a pricey item in July 2022 and nine months later still haven't gotten it. Multiple employees gave me the runaround saying it shipped from the maker, but when I contacted the manufacturer they said Overtons never even paid them. This company has zero integrity and apparently had no intention of ever sending my order. They kept my money for nine months with no solutions. I had to dispute it as fraud with my credit card company just to get my money back. Stay away from this place.
Would give zero stars if I could. Bought a Bimini that didn't fit right and was told no refunds. Then they said okay you can return it but you pay to ship it back. Cost me over a hundred and sixty dollars for a custom box and another nearly five hundred for freight shipping. After complaining about the costs, they sent a return label through the carrier. Two weeks later I finally got my refund, except they deducted fifteen bucks and gave me a credit instead. So I didn't get all my money back and they definitely didn't reimburse me for the custom box I had to buy because of their sizing.
Got sent the wrong item, so I returned it. After that, customer service stopped communicating with me. Phone calls put me on hold then disconnect, emails go unanswered. Six weeks later and still nothing resolved.
My order from over two weeks ago still hasn't shipped out. I've tried reaching customer service multiple times through phone, chat, and email with zero luck getting a response. The worst part is I can't even figure out how to cancel this thing. Would definitely not recommend shopping here.
Wish I'd read reviews before buying here. Their website doesn't say anything about delays until after you've already paid. Then they hit you with a ten to fourteen day wait. I called on day twelve to check status and got stuck with two of the rudest customer service reps I've ever talked to. They basically said tough luck, it hasn't been fourteen days yet, either wait or get a refund. When I asked why I wasn't told about the delay upfront before paying, they just shrugged it off. This company is lightning-fast at refunding you and pushing you elsewhere. I'm done with them permanently.
I've seen tons of complaints about waiting ten days with no word. Well, I'm now at day sixteen and just got told I could cancel if I didn't want to keep waiting. Real helpful. And good luck trying to get the same thing from Camping World since they own both companies anyway.
Absolutely terrible experience here. Still no update on an order from over ten days ago. I should've spent a little extra and gone with literally anyone else. And good luck getting customer service on the phone unless you've got thirty minutes to burn.
Placed an order almost three weeks ago. Three different times I was told everything was in stock and would ship the next day. That never happened. The company used to be decent but they've really gone downhill. Won't be ordering from them again.
Ordered a Kamp Rite table in June and by August it still hadn't shown up. I reached out several times but nobody got back to me. Then they emailed asking me to rate something I never even received. I thought these guys were connected to Camping World. Wish I'd checked reviews first before throwing my money away on this disaster.
