I had to call three times just to reach someone, and even after holding for half an hour, all they could tell me was they don't have shipping info from the manufacturer yet but it's coming from a facility out west.
This place is terrible, and honestly one star is too generous. Ordered boat fenders on May 20th and by late July still nothing. I've called dozens of times and always get put on hold for forty-five minutes or more, just to hear the same excuses about it shipping soon. Funny how pressing 1 to place an order gets answered instantly, but calling for help takes forever. After one call I was finally told the fenders are backordered. I asked to cancel and was told someone else had to do that, then got transferred and put on hold for an hour. This is insane.
Needed a bimini top in a rush but this company took over a week just to email me saying my color wasn't available. Then I picked a different color and had to wait another week for them to even ship it. These guys clearly don't care about getting things done, and their support team is useless. Still waiting on my refund too.
