He didn't like how they looked, so I tried calling customer service multiple times but got no answer. When I visited their store, the staff was incredibly rude. They wouldn't give me a refund and were dismissive about my request. One worker told a coworker that I was crazy. I explained I should be able to return something I paid for with my debit card, but they said absolutely no refunds under any circumstances. They should tell customers this before taking their money. I'm done with them forever. That was almost $300 down the drain.
They just cancelled my order out of nowhere! Zero explanation and then it took forever to get my refund back! I'd steer clear of these folks.
There are thieves working in their warehouse. I ordered two pairs of Nike sneakers for my son. They were the wrong size so I mailed them back the next day. When I checked my refund, I only got paid for one pair. Their warehouse claims only one pair came back, which is completely false. Someone in that warehouse is definitely stealing merchandise and probably reselling it online. I'm furious with this company and will never buy from them again.
UPDATE: MY SHOES FINALLY ARRIVED, FEDEX AND USPS MISCOMMUNICATION WAS THE PROBLEM! Bought a shoe in late October and paid for shipping. They use fedex smartpost for delivery. After waiting a month with no movement, I dug into it and found out fedex never updated their system so usps couldn't pick it up and complete delivery. Fedex told me they still had the shoes but I'd need to contact DTLR. When I did, DTLR kept insisting it was lost. I got my refund eventually, but I would've much rather just gotten the shoe I paid for.
UPDATE: FINALLY RECEIVED MY SHOES, TURNS OUT IT WAS A FEDEX AND USPS MIX-UP! So I bought a shoe back in late October and paid for the shipping. They use fedex smartpost. I waited a whole month and nothing moved, so I called around and learned fedex never updated the system for usps to grab it and bring it to me. When I contacted fedex they said they still have my shoes but I needed to get DTLR involved. DTLR kept telling me it was lost. I did end up getting a refund, but honestly I would've preferred to have gotten the actual shoe.
Ordered four pairs of shoes but got three. I've been trying to call them back but keep getting disconnected after waiting 20 minutes on hold. I also sent emails and they told me the package was delivered and they're not responsible for missing or damaged items. But the fourth shoe was never even packed or sent to me. I need either the shoe or my money back. Right now they have both my money and the shoe.
Would be a zero star if I could. They shipped my order to a totally different city. I called them three times, waiting 20 minutes on hold each time, and they hung up on me every single call. Got a pair of sneakers over a month ago! They created a shipping label but never actually shipped my stuff. When I called customer service, they said 12 minute wait and then after 20 minutes someone picked up and immediately hung up on me. When I tried again, I got connected to a totally different company's answering service.
Never coming back. I ordered some sneakers over a week ago and never got any update after my first email. I reached out a couple times about my order status and heard nothing back. My credit card company got involved because I had to file a dispute. Eventually they responded and told me they'd just cancelled my order since they don't have the item. Go somewhere else.
