Worst experience ever. I ordered some sneakers over a week ago and didn't hear anything after my initial confirmation. I sent a couple emails asking for an update on my order and got no response. I ended up filing a dispute through my credit card company because they wouldn't talk to me. When they finally got back to me, they said they cancelled my order because they didn't have it in stock. Shop somewhere else.

Really bad customer service. They mailed me two shoes in mismatched sizes. I told them about it and they said they'd ship a new pair. But then they just refunded me a few days later even though the shoes were still in stock. When I followed up with them, all they said was it was their mistake and they apologized.

Bad choice. I ordered two pairs of shoes and the next day found out one pair was unavailable. My order still hasn't shipped even though it's been longer than 48 hours. They advertise 48 hour shipping but that's not happening. Nobody offered me anything for the inconvenience. I'm not ordering from them again.

Avoid this company. I can't recommend them at all. I'm still waiting for my refund on shoes I sent back. Between buying and returning a $49.99 pair of shoes, I had to pay more than $20 in shipping costs.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I ordered three pairs of shoes but only got two and never received the third or a refund. The customer service team is absolutely awful and makes you feel like you're at fault as the customer. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I plan on filing a complaint with corporate because I wish I'd seen all the bad reviews before wasting my money.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I got three pairs of shoes but only received two, and I still haven't gotten the third pair or any money back. Their customer service is terrible and they treat you like you're the problem, not them. I wouldn't send anyone I know there, not even my worst enemy. I'm going to escalate this to someone higher up. Don't waste your cash on this company, they're ripping people off. My first order ended up at the wrong place after I called twice to tell them before it showed up, and they only gave me half my money back. The second time I ordered, they sent me the wrong shoe size in the wrong box and just offered me 15% off. These guys have completely lost it and they're definitely scamming folks.
